(1) We have look at prayer, fasting as a way to overcome unbelief,        now we are going to look at teaching, or in our case learning

(2) Matthew 13:58
And he did not many mighty works there because of their                  unbelief.

    (a) Because of their unbelief  enough said

(3) Mark 6:5-6
And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his              hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them.
[6] And he marvelled because of their unbelief. And he went             round about the villages, teaching.

    (a) Because of their unbelief

    (b) Let's see what Jesus did

    (c) He starting teaching

(4) Romans 10:17
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of              God.

(5) Matthew 9:2
And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying        on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the          palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.

(a) Jesus saw faith

(6) Matthew 9:22
But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said,                Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole.        And the woman was made whole from that hour.

    (a) Notice Jesus said thy faith, or as we would say today, your               faith has made you whole

    (b) Notice Jesus did not say my faith has made you whole, He               said your faith, He did not or has He ever said by my power             you are made whole

(7) 2 Tim. 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that                needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

     (a) We have to rightly divide the Word of Truth

     (b) Understand this that your faith will get you the promises of               God, your faith can help people receive from God, but if                    that person is full of unbelief, you are to going find yourself              like Jesus

     (c) Can't do it, why because of unbelief

     (d) Personal needs are base on personal faith

     (e) You can believe for a babe in Christ for awhile but after                    awhile God expects them to grow up

(8) Matthew 9:29
Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be         it unto you.

    (a) According to your faith, according to your faith, according to             your faith

    (b) Be it unto you

    (c) Jesus did not say according to my faith be it unto you,                       according to your faith

    (d) We know Jesus has all faith, but it is not by His faith, it is by            our faith

    (e) Our faith in the Word of God

    (f) Jesus did not say according to my power be it unto you,                     according to your faith

    (g) Jesus has all power

    (h) Jesus' faith and His power will not overcome one's unbelief,              but if He can get them to believe the Word God, faith will                  come, unbelief will leave, this is why He when about                          teaching

(9)  2 Tim. 4:3
       For the time will come when they will not endure sound                      doctrine;  but after their own lusts shall they heap to                          themselves teachers, having itching ears;

     (a) You can be a good teacher, and people will not hear you, if                will are not careful we will stop our growth in the Lord if we              have itching ears

     (b) Sometimes when we hear something that is new to us we can            past it on as not being from God because we didn't know it

     (c) So my question is this am I learning, are you learning, we                 should be growing in Christ

     (d) Many children of God have stop growing, God help us but                many of God ministers having grow in years

     (e) If the preachers don't grow how in the world can we help                   others to grow

      (f) I am not against a preacher using some of his old messages,            but if all we have is old stuff and nothing new

      (h) We do God wrong, we do God's people wrong, and as a                     preacher of the gospel if we have stop growing we do                        ourselves wrong

(10) Matthew 15:28
Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy          faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was           made whole from that very hour.

       (a) Great is thy faith

       (b) Be it unto you  Why because of great faith

(11) Mark 5:34
And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee                  whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

      (a) Thy faith has made you whole

      (b) Notice in these verses Jesus is talking to the people and                  telling them over and over again, thy faith, Jesus is saying                your faith not mine has got you this miracle

(12) Mark 10:52
And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee         whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed               Jesus in the way.

And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet,               being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had                     walked:
[9] The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him,         and perceiving that he had faith to be healed,
[10] Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he           leaped and walked.

      (a) Paul perceived the man had faith to be healed

      (b) When it comes to others they will have to believe to get                     their miracle

      (c) You are responsible for your faith, you can receive and                     have ever thing that the Bible says is ours

      (d) Go after God and remember one way to go after Him is to                 believe His Word

      (e) REMEMBER THIS

(14) 2 Cor. 1:20
For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen,            unto the glory of God by us.
